History Agent

Hi! I have a problem with History Agent. When I logon in aplication the history agent is not runing, I have to restart the aplication and start all agents..., all agents are working, but the history agent work 3 minutes maximum...In the history window apear a message :"Trend Report Agent has disconected to server" . Help me please. Thanks for atention
