My friend was using a christian history curriculum that starts from Bible times and goes to current times, a complete overview. Does anyone know what it was called or something like it? I think it had "Cross" in is name but I'm not sure...

  1. There are many that follow that same sequence.

Most classical curriculum's go from Ancients to present, they all may however not always follow a Biblical time line.

This web site has links to many of them, as well as links to the four year time line that most of these will be following.

  2. check the following links they might help :

    ask.com

    google.com

    Good luck.

  3. Mystery of History is excellent, they're currently working on year 3 or 4 right now.  For Ancients, Heart of Wisdom is top-notch.

  4. Perhaps the curriculum that you are looking for is http://www.mfwbooks.com/1_wld_hist.htm it gives instruction on all areas of history from a biblical perspective.

  5. Your friend is using the Bible as basis for what secular schools would call religious studies. Today, some school clubs offer a "Christian Studies" program to offset the influence of secular (non-religious) teaching, especially in science and history. It's still contraversial, but students should be introduced to all outlooks without being confused over what the real facts of scientific or historical instruction provide.
