  1. It is right, Genesis gives a genealogy of the early years, it is all made up but it is interesting about how these made up people gave their all for the formation of a religion.  The OT was copied, poorly, from Sumerian tablets which pre-date the bible by thousands of years.  The NT was made up or voted on to consolodate a political empire.  It used religion as a medium.  Most of it is made up.

  2. http://www.pocm.info/index.html

Here, this one is better.  It shows the true origins of christ.  There are other sites out there that give a detailed explanation of the origins of the bible from Zoroastrian belief, and Osiris worship along with other sources, but i dont know them off hand.

  3. I like it.  It gives credit where overdue.  The roles of Ezra and Tyndale are often overlooked.  It was so slanted that it didn't even mention the LDS Church.

  4. Interesting!  I learned a lot.  Thanks for sharing that.

  5. good article, I read it all. I was very excited about the King James version of the bible as I have one of the pages of the origional 1611 king James bible in my home.  thanks    enjoyed it

  6. An LDS website. Slanted, opinionated, and historically incorrect.

  7. Not impressed in the least.  Nothing concrete or substantial at all.

  8. I stopped reading after this:

“has had a greater influence on the world for good than any other book ever published.”

  9. Not bad.

They probably use this historical evidence to support their claim that other faiths have drifted from the true word of God.

The validity of the "translations" of Joesph Smith is another matter entirely..
