History questions on the decline of the Roman Empire??

I literally had to do 9 pages of history homework this summer and now im finished except for 3 questions and im so frusturated i am VERY tempted to hurl my laptop across the room!! I've looked for these questons but i cant find them!! please help in whatever you can!! im not asking for the answers, im not trying to cheat, but i just want some help!! PLEASE!!

1. What potential cause does Edward Gibbon dismiss on the fall of the Roman Empire?

    2. How on earth are you supposed to compare when there's no textbook?  Weird.  I wonder if someone goofed and this was supposed to be a question to keep in mind but answered only after school starts and you get a textbook.

    4. Even in works of non-fiction, it is important to examine whether the works reflect the authors' biases.
