History questions that need to be answered asap..?

Question

1. What occurred in 1938 to indicate that the memorandum was an accurate record of Hitler's intentions? 2. What is the term used to describe Chamberlain's policy towards dealing with Hitler? 3. Name two European countries which were not members of the League of Nations when it was formed in 1919.

If you can answer these I'd be very greatful!

1.) annexation of Austria

2.) Appeasement

3.) Not a clue, but I'd place bets on Germany and the US.  (Actually, if you want to be really picky there were no member nations in 1919; the agreement took force January 20, 1920.)
