If you mean the History on the panel just to the left, then just click the golden star and then you'll see favourites, feeds, history. Click history and you'll see the list of programmes you've used...so 'right click' and then Delete.

If you want a more thorough deletion of your history...click 'tools' on top right of the screen...then click 'Internet options', then under Browsing history click "delete", then delete cookies, temp Internet files and then history then 'close'.

On the box underneath just click "OK".

That'll do yah!!
