i've been on a plan to lose weight for almost 2 months now... I work out 6 days a week 45 min cardio and then 2 days a week I'll do some weights at the gym on the machines. (I'm always very sore the next day)I'm 5'8 started at 195 and now i'm at 183... I've lost inches off my waist and hips but the last 2 weeks i've been at a standstill... I've increased the intensity with the cardio and cut down to about 1200 cals a day but I still seem to be at a standstill... I feel like i'm getting so discouraged because i'm working so hard but not seeing the results.what can I do to get over this? I'd appreciate any help thank you
