Hit my left wrist, worried about vein?

I was playing with my baby sister and I love to make her happy. (At almost all cost.) So i decied to act like a monster. At which, I was walking/running on my foot and hands. When I stopped (still on my hands and feet) my big toe hit my left wrist and caused a small barely red bump about the size of pin from a tack. There's no pain at all. It was itching a bit at first but it stopped. I just wanted to know if it can cause anything later. It's on or close to the vein.

I think if you had injured the vein or made it bleed, there would have been some kind of bruise. As it was, you barely broke the skin, so I don't believe there will be any problem from this injury.  Just keep it clean like you would any other skin nick and it will heal itself.

I think it's cool you like to play monster with your baby sister.   :)
