Hit & run.?

ok. like two months ago i got into a car accident someone hit my vehicle and run! got the licence plate # and gave that information the the police, now i got the name and address and phone # of the owner of the vehicle but there is no answer ?

i mean i dont know what to do i cant drive my car b/c is damaged and i cant be after this person. i dont know what to do?

DO NOT call your insurance company.  Unfortunately insurance companies find any reason they can to raise you rates, even if it is not you fault.  I am surprised the police have not talked to this person or sent him a summons for hitting your car and leaving.  That is a crime.  I would go talk to the police again.

Call your insurance Company!!!

They will take care of all this and depending on your coverages, they will probably fix your car in the meantime.
