Hit someone Driving without insurance and they dont show up to court?

if this happens and they dont show up to the court Date, do you still have to pay to fix there car, and what happens to the Ticket that you get? will it be "waved"? (like forgoten about)

You can not get out of it your going to have to pay

If you got the ticket it has nothing to do with them not showing up for court. If you were at fault you still are libel for their car.
