Hitachi Plasma 42PD6600- THERE IS NO SOUND...

Hello experts,I have a Hitachi Plasma 42PD6600, and there is no sound.Some relayives came round with their children, and they had used all the remotes and maybe caused a memory defect.Could you please help me?
