N o because his plan was to get rid of all the Seminites and then the darker races as he wanted to have just a Aryan race as he thought they were superior (in actual fact they were no better than any other race).  He s wanted a blond blue eyed race and even went so far as to mate pure blond German male and females to prove his point but he proved nothing.I dont think  there would have been many English people left  either because how many blond blue eyed pure English people are there anyway.  England has been invaded so many times that I doubt if even one person can claim to be purely English or Aryan.
