  1. Hitler dominated German politics due to his extraordinary powers of speechmaking.  He was a brilliant orator who could spellbind his audiences.  This characteristic made Adolph Hitler a great leader.  Please note that I did not indicate that I approve of his policies but that I merely recognize his leadership abilities.

People who are dissatisfied with their government are very easy to (mis)lead and Hitler was a professional at this.

  2. d.

  3. As important as anything was his timing. While he is still regarded as an immensely effective orator, I believe it was his emergence after Germany's defeat durng WWI that played the biggest role in his rise to power. Succesful leadership (no matter how favorably it is viewed) typicallyoccus as a result of combined individual charisma, a decisive and finitely organized plan, high-ranking/ambitious lieutenants,  and ideally opportune timing. Hitler benefited from all of these and was thus able to gain control of and "reform" the n***s ans subsequently all of Germany.
