Hitman: Blood Money I don't know how to use the cheats?

Please help I don't know how to use the cheats. :(

I bought the game at Jb Hi-Fi for $20 last week.

I have some cheats which peoples give me from cheatplanet/gamesradar and gamefaqs.

But I don't know how to get the window open in the game play to type the cheats. I press the C key but nothing happens in the game play and what keys to I have to press to get the window cheat thing as I don't know much about computers.Or do I have to open the game up to allow it to cheat on?

Try hitting the ~ key to bring up console and type the cheats there, the Console is the main database for the game and is usually for all computer games the place to imput your cheat codes.
