Question:

Hiya anyone who is doing the 20th Centuary Additional Science GCSE Course?

I know we get two seperate grades at the end of this summer - but i just want to know how they make up those two grades. I mean is it one year ten grade and one year eleven grade? Or what?

I'd be grateful for anyones thoughts

  2. Yep my teacher was saying that we get one grade for year 10 and one different grade for year 11.

  3. Noo, Core Science will be one grade, Additional Science will be one grade if you are doing OCR TWENTY FIRST CENTURY.

    cos its not called double award or anything like that- people doing edexcel (i think) get two grades cos their course is called Double award or something like that. But we get one grade Like eg:

    Core science- A

    Additional Science- B

  4. hey, remember the module tests? They are half of our mark and the science test we just did are the other half.

    I am not tooo sure, but i think they count the UMS score and see if it adds up to A/B/C ect...

    and at the end we get a BB or AA ect..
