  1. understanding how ure anxiety problem developed can yield useful information for the formulation,,, hence, it is important for the assessor to cover how the problem began and its coure since.

it is also important for the assessor to gain an understanding of your self conceptualization of the problem,, what you see as having triggered the onset of the problem or influenced its course,, and what you have found helpful in coping with the problem,,,

useful information may also be gained by asking about the consequences of the problem,,, what ur self would like to be different and what ideas you have about how these goals might best be achieved.

  2. I used to feel the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  4. You need to concentrate your mind on other things not just on how you do or may feel as this will make your anxiety worse.

You do not say whether you are on medication for your condition or not but you could possibly become so obsessed with your problem that you could become a hypochondriac.

Try listening to some meditation music to ease the worry !

  5. sounds like a bit of a anxiety disorder or GAD. check them out on the internet. there is plenty of help out there for it. i use to be like that too!

  6. I worried about anything and everything but one day i said no i am not going to worry any more. Worrying does not make things better if anything it makes things worse concentrate on making the things that worry you better
