Well Year 11s at school have them so I am guessing that u have to be 16!

16 in new york state unless you are on private property. if you are on private property, you can drive them as young as you would like. also, it has to be under 50cc to fit in some classes so it is a 49 cc, not a 50 cc.

It depends on what state you live in because in some states you do not have to be 16 years of age.

you have to be 16 and have a cbt licence u don't need to do your theory test

You need to be 16. You also need to have completed a CBT (compulsory bike test) that lasts about 4 hours. All do i sget taught the basics and then go for a ride. Once you have completed this you can ride a 50cc with L plates on. Once you are 17 you can ride a 125cc with L plates on.
