  1. There shouldn't be no white egg discharge...

Anyway, to find out when you are ovulating is to measure your temperature everyday for 2 months (at the same time first thing in the morning), it should always be the same except about between 11 to 14 days after the first day of your period, your temp will be slightly higher, that's when you ARE ovulating.

  2. The best way to tell is to go into the doctor about 21 days into your cycle (before this point you "should" have ovulated). They will check your progesterone levels. These levels, if above a certain point, signify that you have, or have not ovulated. I went in, found out I had not been ovulating, was prescribed clomid and got pregnant within two months!! Pretty amazing!!

  3. You can have a blood test done to check your progesterone levels on day 21 of you cycle.  This will tell you if you ovulated.

  4. When you get a period about 14 days after the first day you ovulate so as long as you have regular periods you should be ovulating. If trying to get pregnant and it doesn't work after a long time go to the doctors for advice.

  5. Are you trying to get pregnant or trying to prevent pregnancy???  A answer to this question would help me to determine the best answer for you.  There are different ways to determine this for you.   Usually though women ask...how do I know I am ovulating...not how do I tell if I am NOT ovulating??
