Hm, i need help deciding where and what to do with my brothers birthday. help. ?!?

hes turning 3.

and i wanted to have it at a park with a pavillion and a playground

but the thing is its in november.

should i have it a month or 2 months early or what.

or where should i have it.

their cant be stairs in the place, we have handi capped people.

go to chuck-e-cheese. or somewhere else indoors.  I had a themed birthday party for my 4 yr. old at my house,  it was themed bob the builder so we pretty much had a construction type party.  We had fun.

im not sure where u live but here in sc they have places called pump it up, slide guys, monkey joes, etc. its an indoor play area and all the toys are blow up slides and jumpy things. he would love it! and most are private so unlike chuckie cheese you dont have to deal with strangers and other kids you dont know and it can be just you and your family!
