i wanna build a small barn in my bakyard how?

My dad built one in our yard when I was growing up, he did it by himself. If he was still around, I'd get him to do a layout for you, but he's building barns for St Peter now.

amish are excellent barn builders and can have a barn up within a week if not sooner.  if you are close to a community of amish, you could probably contact them

Find a realiable contractor, talk to him about the size and blueprints.  It will not be cheap, I am building a new shed/barn/garage this summer as well.  I know sort of what I want but will not make up my mind till i sit down and talk to the contractor.  They know all of the little details that we will not think of.  good luck

You can get yard barn kits at home improvement stores (like Lowes).  We have a 12X12 two-story yard barn we got as a kit.  You'll need basic carpentry skills to build it, but the kits come with every thing you need, including nails, siding, shingles, etc.
