Ho do I change my personal photo on my yahoo profile now?

Within the last few months (April, May & June, 2007) yahoo friends of mine have tried to change their personal photo on their yahoo profiles. The were able to remove the old photo, but unable to add a new photo. Yahoo stated error message when they tried to add a new photo.
