Ho do I get certified to drive a fork-lift?

I have driven one for over 5 years but I am not certfied. Is there somewhere in the State of NJ that i could go to get certified?

call someone with your state osha department, they should be able to tell where you can take a certification class

OSHA used to do forklift certification, but do to liability reasons it is now done by individual employers.

Most employers will have a forklift training and safety program!

something you could look up in the phone book or try yahoo local....  here in vegas the have a school you have to take a class and pay them and the lic is good for yr not really cool you have to keep renewing at the same price think its for 6 mos and one yr... try searching your local with something like

certified fork-lift  NJ
