Ho do I set my JVC GZ-MG37U to record video, it keeps recording my vedios to dark for veiwing?

my vedios keep showing to dark after recording even in natural light.

Is it a new camcorder? Has it always been this way? If so take it back.

If it's an old camcorder but a new problem then consider putting it back to factory settings. I'm not sure about JVC (you might contact them) but with my canon, there is a quarter size battery in or near the memery card that you would take out for 20 mins and then put it back in, that will put your camcorder back to factory settings.
