Ho do I write out solfege thirds?

For homework I have to write out solfege thirds up and down 10 times but what would the order be? do mi ray fa etc.

do-mi, re-fa, mi-sol, fa-la, sol-ti, la-do, ti-re. DO (I have my kids sing do-mi, re-ti as a turn-around).  do-la, ti-sol, la-fa, sol-mi, fa-re, mi-do.re-ti, do.
