Ho much do the referees at the world cup rugby union competition get paid?

Far too much, from what I`ve seen on display so far,they should be doing it for free. If Paul Honiss is NZs top referee, then the  game is in the sh..it , I thought his handling of the South Africa Vs Samoa game was very poor, he was clearly biased in favour of South Africa,maybe it`s under IRB instruction,to make sure certain teams win.
