Ho to boost immune system?

I have to take this medication, but it only for people who have a normal immune system, I'm not sure if I have weeken immune system or normal, I've very low energy and else to get sick?

If you have the very easy attack of any disease then you can consider that your immune system is weak. But when you are exposed to certain disease, then there is no chance of getting such disease again in short span of time or you will never get them in your life time. In order to improve your immune system you need to maintain healthy habits and adapt to eat good diet.
