Hobart A200 Commercial Mixer

Question

Serial Number 31-1266-418  This mixer was in my grandparents basement when they passed away a year ago.  Just trying to find out how old it is so I can locate a service manual for it.  Also kind of curious how my grandparents ended up with a mixer of this size.  I know she used it at the church making bread quite a bit.  Can you tell me who was the original owner?  Grandparents passed away about a year ago and everything was gone thru by the family and this ended up in my basement.  Any help would be great.  ThanksBob
