Hobart H600 bowl wheel slips

Question

I saw all of your excellent help to other Hobart users and thought you might be able to help out a friend of mine who has a H600 mixer. It works fine, but when he turns the wheel to raise the bowl, when he lets go of the wheel is goes back down on its own. Any ideas what parts we need to replace?Thanks!
