Hi, I have a Hobart L800 mixer with the serial number 11 172 368. I am trying to find out how old it is because apparently they changed a few things on them at one point in time causing a bit of a problem with them being universal in the hub and bowl fittings. It has an 80 quart bowl that either needs to be retinned or replaced. Can't be without the bowl as I need it for my business but don't want to spend the money on a new one if it's not going to fit. Any ideas. I've tried doing a search on the age with no luck.Thanks in advance for the help!Cindy
