Hobbit or Lord of the rings? your choice which is better?

Ive always liked Hobbit better

As to the books, I've always liked the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, but if I had to choose which life-style to live, I'd definitely say "Hobbit."

The "Lord of the Rings" (or King of Gondor) has too many burdens of government laid on his back for my comfort.

I'd rather be a Hobbit, and putter in my garden, tend my trees, gather in the fruits of the earth, take in a pint at the local ale-house, and kick back and smoke my "weed" at the end of the day without the hassles of the world on my back!

I like all of them alot.  Return of the King is probably my favorite, although I don't like the Golum/walk to mount Doom part of the storyline.

LOTR...hobbit was more of a kiddie book
