(Hockey goalies ) where can i buy a slide board?

i want a slide board to pratice my butterfly slide i just need to know where i can buy one... and what do you use your shoues or skates?

If you're working on a slide you absolutely need ice and skates.  You don't need a side board for what you want to do, all you need is a board that is the same length.

theres a few. honestly ive never tried one, but i would assume you use your shoes
