  1. ok man here ya go im 16 and have been playing sence i was born

get away from those woodden sticks (if you can afford it) depends on how serious of a player you are

try composite stick 1 piece or two piece

now here is a way to cheat on the shooting high part get an open curve. that mean as your looking down on the stick it shoulda kinda twist away from the curve of the stick (or just ask a local retailer he will help ya)

flex all depends on you shot and power of your shot

me ima defenceman so i take slap shots way more you want a stick that bends slightly when you shoot (to give it a lil extra "snap") but u dont want too much or it will take away the power u put into it and reduce accuracy

and with the stick handeling no problem i help little kids on weekends its easy your stick might be too long or too short so b4 you cut it start out with it long put on ur skates and just stick handle back and forth if its too long choke up on it a little till your comfortable with it then cut about and inch or 2 above were your comfortable (jic) and try it again till you zero in the exact comfort level

also shorter the stick faster the stick handeling and deak

longer harder shot and less speed but longer reach on defence

send me a message if you got any more questions id be glad to help

  2. try a composite stick because thats supposed to help. and follow through higher. and get like a 77/mid flex with like a bauer p88 blade pattern.

  3. go to snipeshowhockey.com

    or modsquadhockey.com

    those should help a LOT

  4. I use a 7k crosby sickick with mid flex (equals around an 85).  The crosby blades curve is pretty suibtle and its great for roofing pucks, stickhandling, backhands, passing, and receiving passes.  You can't get to much power behind your slap shot, which probably is its only knock.  They have one piecers with the crosby curve, they have blades, and both RBK and sherwood have wooden sticks with the crosby curve

  5. i dont think the stick choice will matter. IT is pretty much about your skill level so keep on practicing!

  6. You should get the Easton Synergy pro 300 It is not very flexible but has a great curve when other people saw my stick they asked if they can borrow it for one day then give it back and they tried it and said that they love the curve and I love the curve too It helps you get high shots.
