need a hockey workout routine that can increase my strength, power, speed, and so on.

  1. Core, core, core, and more core. And when you're done, do more core.


  2. Play soccer a lot!! i know it sounds lame but soccer is like the best thing you can do. I hate soccer also but i play it just to condition myself for hockey. As far as lifting weights i dont know about that. hockey is mostly about agility ... being quick ... you can lift weights with ur arms but jump roping and push ups is the way to go ... dont over do ur self Hockey is physical but its not like football where strength is a key

Lots of leg weight lifting you need it more than upper body contrary to popular belief.  Stationary bikes are great because they help your cardio and builds leg strength.  Cardio is the most important, weights make you look s**y, but if you can run ten miles without breaking a sweat you'll be the leading scorer and your coach will absolutely love you.
