http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/John-Terry-c18895 will be a part of the Three Lions World Cup qualifiers.
The former England captain is set to face a disciplinary hearing, in regards to the racial abuse that he directed towards QPR’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Anton-Ferdinand-c6260.
Despite the player being cleared by the Westminster Magistrates' Court in July, he is still set to face some charges for his actions on the pitch.
However, the England boss has admitted that he will be recalling the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 defender, should he be fit for the upcoming matches.
The manager feels that Terry can still give a lot more to the national team and for that very reason, it would be pointless to waste his talent.
"As far as I know, I can select him at the moment, and I will be selecting him,” Hodgson said.
"I don't really have any comment about the rest of it.”
"Time will take its toll. I just know I can select him."
The FA are yet to give their ruling over the player and they haven’t listed down a date as to when they are going to be addressing the player’s actions.
Should the FA go on and hold their hearing before the matches are scheduled to take place, then Hodgson would have no choice, but to leave Terry out of his team once again.
Over the last couple of seasons, Terry has proven that he is easily one of the best centre backs around. His performances have been consistent and he has almost always come forth and rescued his team.
Even though the player is one of the most talented defenders in England, he still needs to be cleared by the FA, before he can officially become a regular part of the Three Lions team again.
Considering that the Westminster Magistrates' Court, didn’t find him guilty, it is surprising to see the FA pursue him so eagerly.
Nonetheless, it is now going to be a wait for another couple of days to see whether the defender is going to be representing England once again, or not.
