http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749’s manager Roy Hodgson has claimed that he won’t be experimenting with his squad during their World Cup qualifiers, and will only field a team that he thinks is capable of winning matches.
The Three Lions are set to take on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Poland-c2983 on Tuesday. As a result, the manager might want to rest some players against his easier opponents, in order to get them fit and ready to take on Poland.
Despite that being a concern for the manager, he still insists that he is only going to go ahead and name the players who he feels will be able to help the team win.
When talking about the upcoming games, and just what he plans on doing, Hodgson is reported to have said: “I don't know if it's a question of experimentation, it might be a question of utilising the squad in a different way because we have a very important
game against Poland on Tuesday"
"So of course a lot of my thoughts this week have been based on how best to use the squad knowing that really, whatever team I choose at Wembley is likely to be able to win that game, and how many players do I maybe spare and keep fitter if you like or fresher
for the game on Tuesday.”
"That's been the decision to be made and that's something we've given a lot of thought to."
At the moment, the England seems to be operating at full capacity, with most of the players being fit and injury free.
The team’s offensive line up looks quite solid, with the midfield also seemingly being fine. With http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Joe-Hart-c18699 in goal, that is another area that the manager doesn’t have to worry about.
However, he is going to have to really get it right when he picks his defenders, since the slightest of lapses at the back could see the Three Lions pick up some very unfavourable results.
Nonetheless, it is now going to be a wait till games kick off to see just who the manager picks to start each one of those games.
