Hoe do i delete a url off of a photo. Like say a photo has a bunch of numbers on it....how do i remove them?

Did it ever occur to you that someone did not want you to use THEIR photos as your own?

If the url/numbers you talked about on the picture are on a plane background you might as well do it using mspaint, just select a bo size of the same color from the vicinity of that url and then paste it on the actualy numbers or url or whatever. But if there is  a design which you want to have and just the letters in the foreground removed, I think you'll have to use softwares such as photoshop. You might get it (the text) selected as a layer in the layers palette and then probably get rid of it.
