EMBEDDING VIDEOS FROM UTUBE, PHOTOBUCKET, IMAGE SHACK. ETC..

1You will need to use the html feature for this to work.

Go to the place that your video is posted to. look around the video to see if there are embedding codes offered to you to use. these codes will embedd the video to your blog page using the html feature.

if it is a video of your own.. a home video.. then you must get an off site host for your video such as photobucket.

you have to upload the video there and get the html code to place it in your blog from them'

if you are at utube.. they have the code for embedding the video to the side of the video usually.. be sure not to get the url code.. you want the embedding code.

go to your blank compose blog page and put some text into the blog square.. then on the top of the blog compose square at the right hand edge is the html feature option.. place a check in the square

then paste the code you copied from the video site into the compose blog square.. then uncheck the html box.. your video should be there momentarily .. if it does not show up try clicking the preview option at the bottom of the compose blog .. it will show up there and when you post it.

Paste URL into blog

click on SHOW HTML GRAPHICS

hit preview

you should see the video

hit save
