Do you play pool, or you just learning?, If you don't know how to use the stick, why bother unless you are 10 -12 years old.

Go to school first, learn how to be a good student, and do it for recreation once in a while.

All you need to do, is: if you're right handed, put your right hand on the edge of the stick, then put your left in a little circle around the middle of the pool stick , make sure that your finger is slippery for aiming, when you're ready use your right hand to hit the stick at the direction you're aiming at
