my fiance has health insurance through his work and they cover him 100% (ca). when we get married, how much can i expect the cost to add me to be?

Your fiance can find out through his employer.  Different plans can vary a great deal.

His employer is the only person that can answer this question. There are way to many variables. His HR person should have this information right at their finger tips.
