Hoe to get rid of little gray rice shaped bugs on my green and red pepper plants??

I discovered my leaves with brown spots and yesterday pulled out little gray/brown tiny worms from around the peppers, does anyone have a home recipe to get rid of them not using any store chemicals??

Sprinkle baby powder on and around the plants........

Spray with Ivory Snow mixed in water.

The pure soap will coat the bugs and suffocate them
