Bayern Munich supremo Uli Hoeness has maintained that the German outfit is not obliged to make the due payments from Javi Martinez move to the FC Hollywood side in this transfer window, and only his former club Athletic Bilbao
are to make the payments to Osasuna as per their contract negotiations when they signed Martinez.

However, Die Bayern are not willing to pay the Spanish team as they believe Los Leones are committed to complete the agreement from the clause, that Osasuna will receive a share from the sale of the Basque international. The versatile
player signed for Bilbao when he was 17-years-old.
German powerhouse’s president claimed that the player’s first club were warranted a specific amount according to FIFA rules as the 24-year-old was a youth product of their academy. The versatile player appeared in 32 games for
them and scored three times in his time at the club.
"Osasuna are entitled to a certain fee according to FIFA regulations because http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Martinez-c24468 came through the ranks of their youth academy," Hoeness was quoted as saying in an interview.
"However, Bilbao are the team that's supposed to pay them the money. Bayern have nothing to do with this situation," the former Bayern Munich and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/1-FC-Nuremberg-c38162 midfielder concluded.
