The Bavarian giants’ supremo has hit back at the Netherlands head coach, and stated that his comments prove that he has no grasp of what his job description requires
Bayern Munich club president Uli Hoeness has criticised Louis van Gaal after he blamed him for his departure from the Allianz Arena. He claimed that the veteran manager is unable to understand what is asked of him as a coach.

him out of the Bavarian club.
On the other hand, the president revealed that after hearing what the trainer had to say, he just cannot make sense of his remarks. He said that Van Gaal fails to comprehend on what is required of him as the team manager. He clarified
that the coach was supposed take care of the problems at the German outfit.
"When I see the omissions of Louis van Gaal, then I have to say that he just does not understand what is required in this profession," he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The 60-year-old further added that he was let go because the club was not progressing, and as a result the top officials decided to part with the experienced tactician.
"Part of it is to bring up painful subjects when problems are detected. And when you realise there is no progress, you have to be consequent," he mused.
"When I notice nothing going anymore and I already gave him five chances to change and it still isn't working, then I have to make decisions against the interest if the individual, to keep everything together," he added.

but they were of no avail, as Bayern suffered.
