German clubs have produced young talent consistently in the last ten years and are continuing to do so. The German Football Association’s decision to force academies for all the clubs in the Bundesliga a few years ago has helped
them a great deal as there is availability of some of the best talents in Europe currently.

The chief added that the club is doing a brilliant http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684 in developing young talent and will continue to do so in the future.
“People only talk about Barcelona and their young talent. But we are not so bad. Look at our current team: [Bastian] Schweinsteiger, [Philipp] Lahm, [Thomas] Muller, [Holger] Badstuber, [Toni] Kroos and [David] Alaba,” he was quoted
as saying in an interview.
The President also voiced his admiration for Toni Kroos and claimed that the midfielder has shown sensational growth in the current campaign. He added that the German international has developed into a fine player under manager
Jupp Heynckes and hailed the player’s potential.
Hoeness added that Bayern Munich are closing in on Barcelona and the club will need players like Kroos to match the Catalans.
“Kroos has made sensational personal development. If you want to catch Barca, you need such a player,” he concluded.
Bayern Munich are leading the league table with 37 points from the 17 games played and have a three-point lead over current champions, Borussia Dortmund, who sit in second place.
