Hoffenheim defender Andreas Beck considering a move away from the club - Bundesliga news
Former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andreas-Beck-c5716, has revealed about his unsecure future at the club. The player has a mere 12 months remaining on his contract and hasn’t yet signed a contract extension with Hoffenheim. Beck has recently been linked with the
Turin giants, Juventus, but the move seems unlikely after the Old Lady refused to pay the asking price for the right back.
The player told that he was still unsure about his future with the club and would think hard before deciding to sign a contract extension. He seemed convinced with the recent signings that Hoffenheim have made during the ongoing summer and was confident
about his team’s chances in the upcoming season.
Beck hailed the club officials for providing continuous support and regarded the fans as one of the best audiences around. In an interview to a local news paper, the 24-year-old enthused, "A new deal can become a topic for me tomorrow or some day in the
future, if we need to pick up negotiations. I am still optimistic we could find a solution if everyone is willing to find an agreement, though. If I had received a very good offer to extend my deal at Hoffenheim 1899, then I would have signed on."
Further talking about the Juventus interest, the German mentioned that the Italian option is an impressive one. He admitted about the fact that Turin giants didn’t come up with the right offer from Hoffenheim’s perspective.
On the other hand, Hoffenheim manager, Holger Stanislawski, wants to retain the defender for a long period of time, urging the player to pen down a new deal with the club. Beck’s current contract is due to expire at the conclusion of the next season, meaning
that the 24-year-old would become a free agent if he fails to sign a contract extension.
