Hoffenheim’s Vedad Ibisevic out for two months with a torn muscle – Bundesliga news
Hoffenheim have been dealt with a blow ahead of the new Bundesliga campaign with an injury to their striker, Vedad Ibisevic. The Yugoslavian-born player suffered from a torn thigh muscle training during the last week and the reports confirmed that the Bosnian
international would miss the initial part of the 2011/12 season.

Ibisevic mentioned that he had been training hard since the start of the sessions and it’s extremely unfortunate to miss out after putting so much effort in the middle. However, he was confident about his team’s success this term and wished all the new recruits
best of luck. He also confirmed about his full support to his teammates and urged them to step up a gear.
The Bosnian insisted that Hoffenheim’s major priority would be to win a place in Europe next year. He also reckoned that manager Holger Stanislawski is one of the best in business and the German would surely push his men in order to finish better as compared
to the last season, where the club finished 11th on the table.
The striker suffered the same injury during the 2008/09 season when he was in the form of his life. He told that the doctors have advised him complete bed rest but was confident about making a quick recovery. He expressed the desire to win silverware this
season and repeatedly urged his teammates to fight hard.
