Hogging bandwidt???

Question

My brother hogs the internet like crazy!!!

I can't get any work done...

I'm using a laptop and he's using the PC.

He has the router next to him,

Is it possible to hog the internet...without moving out my seat(u kno wat i mean?)

Yes you can hog internet like a mother if your downloading (torrents, P2P, internet). So talk to him and tell him to stop all the downloading. Otherwise, if you have administrative access to your router you can shut his connection off by blocking his MAC address. But  I would ask him nicely to stop first.
