I answered and called the guy a Mo-Ron so he reported me. His answer is so funny I thought the rest of you would enjoy it as much as I did.

I am Johnny555 he refers to.

  1. Lol, go all in is quite stupid, the odds of getting owned by the flop are too high...

And if you have gorgeous hole cards I would rather wait for the flop, if it is good I can win more cash from my opponents...

If you all-in pre-flop many opponents will be scared and you will just win the blinds, not really impressive with AA ._.

EDIT : ZCT > Make a great raise is way more reasonnable, all-in pre-flop won't make you win a lot of cash, and if the flop is bad you're raped =x

Of course if some players call / raise before you you can go all-in but you're not really in security =x

  2. I think only stupid players go all in pre flop with AA or KK. The just dont now how to play poker. Almost in all Free Roll many crazy players went all in just for fun to test their luck. That's really stupid i think. Why you have to do that, because only crazy players like him who went all in pre flop with AA will call him. Call and wait and get more players till turn or river and push a little bit and make a big push at river card. I think its really crazy to go all in with AA. AA is the best combination pre flop, but you dont now what cards will be on flop.

  3. Yes, his answer is nonsense.

Any time you can get all in pre flop with just one caller and you have aces, you are in great shape.  Sure aces could be beaten by any end, even 27 off suit, but the odds are that you will win.

However, that's not to say that you should just routinely go all in with aces pre-flop.  Because if you get no callers, you will win a tiny pot.

But if you can induce one other player to put you all in, you are in great shape to double up.
