Holdem Spy expected to dominate The Tachodisc Trophy
Holdem Spy is expected to dominate proceedings in The Tachodisc Trophy at Hall Green in England on Tuesday, April 24, 2012. The winner of the Grade OR event will walk away with a cash prize of £175.
A total of five quality hounds will be seen in the 480 metres flat race, which is scheduled to start at 20:33 GMT, and their names are as follows: Holdem Spy, Milestone Apache, Toms Lil Jack, Twiglish Ferrari and Killishin Alien.
The bookmakers believe that Holdem Spy will be dominant in the race, as he is in terrific form at the moment. He looks the best compared to all his rivals, thus the punters are likely to place a lot of bets in his favour.
The K. Findlay’s trainee does not have much experience, but he has taken part in a few trail runs. His performances in them have been pretty much impressive, thus he will not find it hard to deliver a strong show at Hall Green today.
In his most recent trial run, the black dog finished on top of the table, winning by a head distance. He has shown very good speed, but his stamina will also be put to a test today. He is the son of Hondo Black out of Have One More and was born in
August 2010.
On the other hand, Milestone Apache is also a decent runner and he has managed to impress one and all with his speed in trial runs. He took part in a T3 event at Hall Green recently and ended up being the winner. He is carrying very good momentum right
now and will definitely challenge his opponents in the race.
Looking at the performances of the J. Bateson’s trained hound, the punters will be encouraged to risk some money in his favour. He is all set to take his maiden victory in this class, but will need to be at his best in order to do so.
The second favourite hound is the son of Head Bound out of Boozed Libby and was born in May 2010.
Toms Lil Jack and Twiglish Ferrari will be the other ones to watch out for in the race at Hall Green.
