Holden Gemini 5 speed conversion?

I should probably ask this on a Gemini forum but here goes.

I have a 1984 Holden Gemini (TG i think) ADM manual 4 speed.

I wanna do a 5 speed conversion and i found that there was a 5 speed option on the Gemini.

I'm just trying to confirm that the gemini 5 speed box is compatible with the 4 speed?

Could anyone give me a part number also.

If not are there any other boxes that will bolt straight up? commodore maybe?

Gemini is made by Isuzu so a Holden box will not fit

5 speed came out late 1984 and will fit  the 4 speed model You will need to change the drive shaft and the rear gearbox mount

They are very strong so should be able to get a good one from a wrecker
