Holiday List!?

Question

Going on holiday soon and i need to make a list!

Problem is my mind has gone blank and I need some help on things to bring!

So like, suncream etc.

So if anyone's willing to give me a hand, that will be most appreciated!

In my experience packing light is always the way... If it is warm were ur going i would say:

swim wear

towel

sunscreen

Cash

running shoes and slipper/ sandles

hat

In general clothes don't pack much maybe 4 different pants and shirt and 2 skirts and one dress, tooth brush, regular hair brush and undergarments (underwear, lingerie, bras, socks)

HAVE FUN!!

4-5shirts/blouses that will go with

2-3shorts/slacks     and

2 skirts

4 sets of undergarments

socks if appropriate

tennis shoes

sandals

dressier shoes

1 evening outfit for formal type occassions

hat for sun

beach towel if appropriate

backpack for day hiking/trips

small packages of kleenex, hand sanitizer

glasses if needed

sun glasses

sunscreen

deodorant, shampoo, cosmetics, vitamins, meds,

     hairspray,comb,brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss,hand

     mirror, small hair dryer, mouthwash, etc.  

rain coat

windbreaker

sweater

some empty zip lock bags  quart and gallon

money

check book

credit card (call them and tell the company when and where  

            you are going or they will probably freeze your card)

make air/hotel/car arrangements

have your mail/paper etc. held or have a neighbor pick it up

if you have a pet   make arrangements

put a couple of lights on timers so your place doesn't

             scream "empty"  because it's always dark

clean up any dirty dishes/food/pet food before leaving

tell a couple of people where you are going, with whom, when

      you are leaving, and when you are returning....safety first

figure out what you want to do wherever you are going and  

      go online to book some special activities before leaving

      home

take your cell phone, if going out of the country call the

       company and ask them to activate your phone for

       wherever you are going, ask about cost to do so, ask

        about cost of roaming charges

take digital camera etc...... batteries and/or battery charger

diary , pens

maybe computer depending on where you are going and

        for how long
